We can't access the bridge, so go check out
the Sekka Swamp if you want to.
Nothing much happens here, so let's go to...
AKA the Desert Ruins. If you didn't check it
out before when I told you to,
scroll
up and see how to get here. If you have, descend the ladder in the
desert.
Hug the north wall and go left. Don't run! In
the corner, go down and use
the
stairs. You'll find a sage standing there. And a grunt!
Go down the hole. Fight the next grunt.
Do NOT fall in the hole this grunt is next
to. Instead walk SLOWLY past the
hole
by hugging the south wall. Fight the next grunt.
Cross the hole carefully if you want TM30, if
not drop down.
NEXT!
Cross this hole to the south for a Max
Revive. Return because you need to
pass
the first hole from the north. Go down to pass the second one. Find the
next
grunt.
Behind this grunt you'll find a PP Up. If you
drop down any other hole
beside
the last one you crossed, you'll find a Sun Stone.
So either drop to he item and return to this
hole or drop down this hole
to
begin with. 2 grunts!
Drop down this hole and watch the story. When
you're outside you'll get
a
phone call. Go to Aloe's gym. That's the second gym. You'll get an item.
Go back to Route 8 and head East towards the
building. Try to enter it and,
you
guessed it, a rival battle!
Bianca Battle #5
All righty then. She improved a lot since our
last encounter, about 12
levels,
however, she should not slow you down if you've been training
properly.
You'll receive a Full Restore (wow!) and she'll leave you.
Enter the building.
Run across the bridge and watch the scene.
Exit the bridge.
Enter the building on this route to find a
Dept. Store. You'll find several
trainers
inside, so even if you're not buying, it's worth checking out.
Approach the Guy with the orange hair. Follow
the purple haired girl. Watch
the
scene in the house.
Leave the house and go to the gym!
Move past the first trainer and make your way
along the dragon's tail. When
you
come across a split, head right. When you get to the next split, head
left.
Head for the dragon's head and go on the path. Move past the trainer
here
and jump on the arm. Head for the head again. Follow the path and jump
on
the arm of the next dragon.
Head for the dragon's tail. Get on the path.
When you reach a trainer, head
left.
Go right at the split and jump off. Head for the head and follow the
path.
At the bottom of the stairs, go down and jump on the next dragon's arm.
Go to the tail and go down the path below the
stairs again. Follow the path
and
jump again on the arm. Now head for the head. Move past the trainer and
jump
down. Head for the head again. Make way to the next dragon. At the
intersection,
go right. Pass this trainer and head up. At the next split,
go
left and jump down.
Go to the head to meet the Leader:
Pokemon Black players fight a man, while
White players battle a woman.
You receive a badge and Pokemon all around obey
you now. You also get TM82.
Exit the gym by stepping on the teleporter.
It's time we head for the
PokeLeague!
Upon exiting the gym, you will be greeted by
the Prof. Answer Yes to her
question
and you'll receive a Master Ball. Heal up if necessary and head out
to...
When you come across the first bridge, save
your game. When you cross it,
you'll
have to battle Cheren...
When you finish this battle, continue east
and enter the building and head
north
through the awesome gates. Solve the easy slide puzzle while you're at
it.
For the sliding impaired:
1. From the center: up
2. Right
3. Up
4. Left
5. Up
Continue through the gates and enter...
In the cave, head north and up the stairs.
Pass the trainer and head
outside.
Watch the two trainers talk to each other and do as that one trainer
down
the wall on the right. When on the ground, head right and enter the cave.
Follow the path and up the stairs. Go north
and up the next set of stairs.
Pass
the trainer here and exit the cave.
Go past the scared trainer and enter the
second cave to advance. The first
one
leads to some trainers, which is cool if you need the experience.
Inside, make your way up the stairs. On top
of the stairs, you'll find a
doctor!
Move past him and head up the next fligh of stairs. Go north up the
next
stairs and exit the cave via the right exit.
Take the slide on the right and enter the
cave. Go north and head up the
stairs.
Take the exit south and head north to reach:
This is it. The moment we've been building
up to. We are going to
challenge
the Elite 4. But first things first. Heal up in the building to the
left
and stock up on items. You'll want a solid amount of the following:
- Full Restores
- Full Heals
- Hyper Potions
- Revives
Also, stock up on Pokeballs. You'll need
them.
When you're ready, approach the man standing
on the stairs and answer 'yes'
to
his question if you're ready.
The way the Elite 4 works has changed in
Black and White. You get to pick
the
order in which you battle them yourself. In the end this changes not so
much,
but is a neat feature.
Listing clockwise starting from the left.
Ghosts. And an awesome room.
The only thing that might hold you from a
victory is the Chandelar. Watch
out
for its burn. The main strategy you should use or follow is to use Dark
typed
Pokemon or Moves.
Step on the platform to return to the main
hall.
Darks. And a conveyor belt. Semi-kind of
awesome room.
Use Fighting moves and other Pokemon specific
types, such as Grass/Water
against
Warubiaru.
Step on the platform to return to the main
hall.
Psychics. And a dreamy room. . .
Just use the same tactics as for the Ghost
Elite 4 member. Dark and Ghost
Attacks
should do the trick.
Step on the platform to return to the main
hall.
Fighting Pokemon galore! A fighting pit.
Awe-some.
Bring Psychic or Flying Pokemon to shorten
this member's team.
